My parents, especially her stepmother, always made it clear how talented they thought I was at writing, whether it was essays or even birthday cards.\n\nI was always told that I should write a book, but I brushed it off, thinking my stepmother was just being biased. That was until I came up with the concept for The Keep\u2019s Secret and received some amazing feedback on my dark and wild ideas.\n\nDid I ever imagine becoming a published author? Absolutely not!
